Symphonic
Originally designed by Bridsall Briscoe in 1938, this grand residence was rooted in Regency-inspired architecture. Chandos Collective was entrusted with a full-scale renovation, reimagining the home from top to bottom while preserving its timeless architectural integrity.
The vision was twofold: to honor the home’s classic foundation while thoughtfully cleansing the palette, removing elements from previous renovations that detracted from its original character. Chandos Collective developed the architectural plans, with Morrisset Builders bringing the design to life through exceptional craftsmanship.
Spanning 24 months, including furnishings, this project represented a comprehensive transformation. As with all Chandos Collective work, the guiding principle was to allow the homeowners’ personality to shine through. Every detail was intentionally considered and custom-designed, from ceiling treatments and door hardware to lighting, furnishings, and rugs.
The result is a home executed at the highest level of quality, offering a distinctive interpretation of a classic style—refined, cohesive, and deeply personal.

“The most rewarding projects are those that balance history with the lives of the people who inhabit them. Every custom element was designed to support the architecture while reflecting the homeowners’ personality, creating a home that feels both enduring and unmistakably theirs.”
– Chandos Dodson Epley
“Like a symphony, every element has its own voice, but its true beauty emerges when everything works together in perfect harmony. This home is a composition of architecture, craftsmanship, and personal expression.”
– Chandos Dodson Epley
